Senior System Administrator / System Administrator

Main Duties:
  • To provide capacity planning for system and network in order to support the business growth
  • Assist in network/system infrastructure design and work closely with development team to build and maintain a high and resilience infrastructure environment
  • Provide trouble shooting service, analyze system logs and identify potential issues in IT/Networking and support off-site users
  • Oversee and maintain the network connectivity across offices/ sites
  • Conduct network changes and assist in network/security project implementation 
  • Assist to provide daily IT Technical support & maintenance including system, servers and network issue;
  • Assist with both ad-hoc and system deployment projects
  • Develop procedures and manuals to enhance operational efficiency
 
Requirements:
  • High Diploma or above in Computer Science/ IT/ related discipline
  • At least 5-year experience in network implementations, support and operation
  • MCSE, CCNA/CCNP certificate holder would be advantage
  • Solid knowledge in VLANs, routing, switching and IP addressing
  • Hands-on experience in Aruba, Cisco router, switch, firewall (e.g. Juniper, Fort iGATE etc.) and network monitoring devices.
  • Any Cloud exposure/ knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Team player with good interpersonal skill
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as System Administrator
