Administrator (HR Dept)

Main Duties:
  • Provide intensive administration & operation support to the team on shop admin and personal data file aspects
  • Responsible for documentation handling, including data entry, scanning & etc
  • Prepare agendas and take minutes for meetings
  • Handle uniform managing process including stock control, regular stock take, reorder, handle enquiry and delivery service
  • Able to strictly follow HR workflow and meet deadline, schedule
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, HR management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in Administration, HR functions preferred
  • Candidate with experience in sizable retail, catering or hotel organization is a definite advantage
  • Proficient of computer skills, including MS Office, strong Chinese input(30-40 wpm) 
  • Expertise in MS Excel is definitely an advantage
  • Good at spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin
  • Disciplinary, punctual
