Administration and Facility Associate / Assistant

Job Description:

  • To assist in liaison with user departments and vendors for arrangement of purchase, renovation and relocation
  • Provide general administration and clerical support to the retail shop and manufacturing factory
  • To process applications of assets registration and disposal for update of the records
  • Answer incoming calls in polite manner
  • Handling admin expenses
  • Repair & maintenance of office equipment, facility, furniture and telecommunication services etc
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred


  • Diploma or above with 2 year relevant experience
  • Solid Knowledge of infrastructure support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good written and spoken in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Good interpersonal skills with all levels of staff
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Flexible and multi-tasking
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Administration and Facility  Assistant
