Function：Skin-moistening, complexion-beautifying and anti-aging
- Soak Bird’s Nest in water, wash and drain for later use.
- Soak White Fish Maw in water for 3 hours, blanch with boiling water together with garlic and scallion for 5 minutes, remove from water, cut into thick pieces for later use.
- Wash and soak Sweet Almond, put into blender, fill in half bowl of boiling water and mix into almond juice, remove dregs and for later use.
- Put White Fish Maw and ginger into stewing mug, fill with adequate amount of boiling water, double steaming for 1.5 hours.
- Put in White Fish Maw, almond juice and rock sugar, double steaming for 30 more minutes, ladle the dish on the bowl and serve.
- Note: Please follow instruction on the package for soaking and double steaming.
