Finance Manager

Main Duties:-
  • Organize and improve the financial internal control system and financial management system.
  • Provide a full range of financial and accounting functions.
  • Implement and enforce accounting policies and procedures and reporting system.
  • Organize, review and timely submit consolidated financial statements and financial analysis reports.
  • Manage and monitor treasury activities of the group.
  • Act as strategy advisor for the business, managing and developing strategic business planning at the board level, to drive continuous growth of the group.
  • Handle tax advisory and cross-border finance matters.
  • Actively coordinate and maintain good relationship with relevant institutions of banking, tax bureau and external auditors.
  • Assist in improvement projects in ERP system.
  • Conduct on-site audit regularly.
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments.
  • Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
  • Hong Kong CPA qualification.
  • Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in financial or accounting, including 5 years of managerial grade.
  • Experience in retail industry could be an advantage.
  • PRC GAAP knowledge preferred.
  • Strong business sense and good people management skill.
  • Responsible to lead the accounting team in finance and accounting duties.
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
