Maitake mushroom and oyster are rich in polysaccharides and zinc, can enhance immunity. While Quinoa is well known as super food. Step:
  1. Soak Maitake mushroom into water for 30 minutes. Wash and cut into little pieces for later use; Wash quinoa and rice for later use;
  2. Wash oyster. Cut it into half pieces after soaking it into water for 20 minutes. Reserve soaking water for later use;
  3. Place all the ingredients on the plate. Steam it with full flame for 30 minutes.
