Design Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor

Main Duties:
  • Develop and maintain visual brand language from creating brand standards for design, photography, typography to implementation across all vehicles (print, web, UX, digital, APP, social media, video & packaging);
  • Invent new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns and marketing messages;
  • Handle and design visual content for various projects, commercial advertising, online and below-the-line;
  • Lead a team of several, supervise and give guidance to teammates to all levels of the design process from ideas to drawings and sampling;
  • Work with agency/production house to deliver efficient and excellent creative output.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above in Art, Design, Graphic, Advertising or other related disciplines;
  • 5 - 8 years working experience in creating graphic design in which at least 3 years’ experience in supervisory level;
  • Able to generate great ideas that are executed with precision and creative flair;
  • Able to understand design and smart copy, and recognize fresh approaches to advertising;
  • High proficiency in major design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator,  Animate, and InDesign;
  • Solid understanding of HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP,  After Effect, Premiere, APP design are preferred;
  • Efficient, able to work under pressure on his/her own;
  • Strong team player and communicator;
  • Disciplinary, punctual.
