- Defrost Golden Ikura.
- Chop Mint leaf and Lettuce.
- Wash & dice cucumber and tomato.
- Premix of golden ikura, mint leaf, diced cucumbers and tomatoes with Italian mixed mushroom sauce.
- Heat the pan, add oil and pan fry baked flatbread to golden brown (around 2 min).
- Split Baked flatbread , add stuffing and ready to serve.
